Lawyer Ji Hui (Vivian Ji), a partner of JML, is a practicing lawyer in Hong Kong. She holds a Master of Laws degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Nottingham in the UK. She once worked in an international law firm and has represented multiple domestic and foreign clients in handling corporate listing (including the listing of H-share and red-chip companies), bond issuance, corporate financing, and corporate merger and acquisition projects, especially various types of bond projects such as perpetual bonds, dim sum bonds, US dollar bonds, medium-term notes, and bond listings.
