Lawyer Ji Hui (Vivian Ji), a partner of JML, is a practicing lawyer in Hong Kong. She holds a Master of Laws degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Nottingham in the UK. She once worked in an international law firm and has represented multiple domestic and foreign clients in handling corporate listing (including the listing of H-share and red-chip companies), bond issuance, corporate financing, and corporate merger and acquisition projects, especially various types of bond projects such as perpetual bonds, dim sum bonds, US dollar bonds, medium-term notes, and bond listings. Lawyer Ji holds a Master of Laws degree from the Law School of the University of Nottingham in the UK and a Master of Laws degree from the Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China. She mainly engages in legal work related to securities, corporate and commercial affairs, including bond issuance projects of large state-owned and private enterprises in China, listing projects on the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market of Hong Kong (including H-share listing projects), overseas financing and investment projects, as well as related restructuring and governance projects. Lawyer Ji is not only highly experienced in corporate financing business but also provides training on corporate governance and directors' responsibilities for many listed companies in Hong Kong. Meanwhile, she often publishes articles in newspapers and magazines.
