[Belt and Road: Creating Business Opportunities - Episode 1] Among the national policies, the Belt and Road Initiative must be the one that had the most significant impact on Hong Kong during the five years from 2013 to 2017. In 2015, China's National Development and Reform Commission released *Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road*, which outlined the construction framework, ideas, key cooperation areas, and cooperation mechanisms of the Belt and Road Initiative. The Hong Kong Jaycees interviewed Rem Tai, Founding Chairman of the Silk Road Development Association, to analyze the driving force of the Belt and Road Initiative on Hong Kong's economic development and its linkage with surrounding cities. The microfilm *You Along the Way* had its premiere at Emperor Cinemas in Hong Kong. Produced and coordinated by the Silk Road Development Association, the microfilm was created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and support people-to-people connectivity. A total of 106 guests from Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland attended the event.
