Published by the Belt and Road Development Association Book on the Belt and Road Initiative: *Embarking on the Era’s Giant Ship of the Belt and Road Initiative* Every era presents unique opportunities, and the Belt and Road Initiative is a pivotal opportunity of our time. As young leaders with insights and experience in the Belt and Road Initiative, we are entrusted with the mission of guiding the new generation to “board this era’s giant ship.” We strive to contribute to the development of Hong Kong and our country under the Belt and Road Initiative, help enterprises, citizens, and young people seize opportunities within it, and foster hope for society. As one of China’s most important cities and an Asian economic hub, Hong Kong plays a crucial role in advancing the Belt and Road Initiative. Its advantages in this endeavor extend beyond its pool of outstanding professionals, status as an international financial center, fully open internet access, and position as a global aviation hub. Hong Kong’s greatest strength lies in the “One Country, Two Systems” principle. As part of China, it enjoys full support from the country, while operating as an international and fully open market economy—endowing it with unparalleled advantages in the Belt and Road Initiative. The Belt and Road Initiative represents an opportunity that will span 50, even 100 years. We are honored to contribute to this century-defining project. In *Embarking on the Era’s Giant Ship of the Belt and Road Initiative*, we offer a comprehensive understanding of the Initiative from three perspectives: business, culture, and professionalism.
