The Silk Road Development Association and the People's Government of Qinzhou City, Guangxi have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation to promote investment by Hong Kong enterprises in Qinzhou, Guangxi through CEPA. Rem Tai, Chairman of the Silk Road Development Association, and the Vice Mayor of Qinzhou City signed the memorandum.
